He is also currently showing his best efforts and support in his basketball league which he happened to establish by himself.

His Love for Basketball
Leading the best transportation and shipping companies is not a piece of cake but for Craig Raucher seemed to be like a daily goal to fulfil. After he showed his side of professionalism in the business field, he decided it was time to show his love for basketball and give a chance to those who never had an opportunity to play the game. He took the bait and the idea and formed the Staten Island Basketball League. This league is especially for those people who are tired of following the mindset of the younger players and play outdoor basketball. This place is for those men who want to play the game without any aim but with passion and show the love of basketball all the way. To make this even more special, Craig Raucher established an 80-year gym into an indoor basketball court where the men will play a more secure and safe basketball away from the harsh sun and the pollution.


His Success In Making Others Successful
His accomplishments have led him to reach higher opportunities in the field of business. He aims to look for the same opportunity by giving a chance to those individuals who have the passion and love for the game of basketball. Over the past 39 years, there have been at least 400 players who have come into the 80-year-old gym to play the sport regularly and call it their second home.
